Ricky picked up a guitar at seven years old and has never put it down (almost 20 years ago!!). Since then he has analyzed and dissected all of the greatest vocal and musical minds of our time (Simon not included). Grew up a Beatles fan and a Sabbath fan and a Ramones fan (met Joey twice!) and a jazz fan (thanks to Joe Jackson’s Jumpin’ Jive). Met Mel Torme – personal hi-lite! Studied opera with Myra Lyrner who contributed to his 5 ½ octave vocal range. He has a passion for all types of music, and he hopes you do too!
